Quality permeates in everything we do – Product Design, Manufacturing, Business Practices and Processes, Customer Experience. Technical and business professionals with decades of collective experience in PV product design and manufacturing, global marketing and sales, and general management are contributing to the quality culture at Solar Semiconductor.

Quality Assurance Process

We have deployed stringent online Quality Control check points at the end of each sub process, equipped with acceptance conditions at each stage. Various statistical tools and techniques are in place to analyze the causes of failure modes. As part of the Quality Control and Assurance Process a Standard Operating Procedure is written, which forms the guideline for the procedures to be adopted for each activity performed in the plants. We believe in bringing customer focus, culture change and emphasize on continuous improvement in every aspect of our operations.
